The Relate Center strives to see the whole person, help to provide a meaningful and intentional change process that meets each individual needs, within a caring environment. To meet your needs, we emphasize three important stages in our process:

1. The Relate Assessment:
   We conduct a comprehensive assessment to clearly understand your potential for optimum health and sexuality. Depending on your individual needs, this assessment can touch on medical, physical and emotional areas.
   
   
2. The Mind/Body/Emotion Prescription:
   We develop a collaborative treatment process designed to positively effect body, emotions and mind tailored to fit your needs and pace for change
   
   
3. The Care Facilitator:
   We facilitate communication to you about all aspects of your care as well as your other health care providers. We support you throughout the treatment process to a make and maintain the changes you aspire to.
